2. Products and Customization

We make every reasonable effort to display our products, colors, fabrics, designs, and embroidery details accurately on our website.

• Handmade embroidery and customized garments may have minor variations due to the nature of the craftsmanship.
• Custom orders are prepared according to the measurements, design preferences, and instructions provided by the customer.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements, design references, and customization details.
• Any changes requested after production has started may require additional charges or an extension of the delivery timeline.

3. Orders and Order Confirmation

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability of materials, fabrics, and tailoring capacity.

• An order is considered confirmed once we communicate confirmation through an appropriate channel.
• We may contact customers to verify measurements, customization details, delivery information, or payment.
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where necessary, including cases involving incorrect pricing, unavailable materials, suspected fraudulent activity, or circumstances preventing fulfillment.
• If payment has been received for an order that we cancel, the applicable refund will be processed in accordance with our refund policy and applicable law.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR), unless stated otherwise.

• Prices may vary based on fabric selection, embroidery complexity, stitching requirements, embellishments, and customization.
• Any applicable delivery charges, taxes, or additional customization fees will be communicated or displayed where applicable.
• Custom orders may require an advance payment before work begins. The required amount and payment terms will be communicated before confirmation.
• Customers must complete payments through the payment methods made available by Lovely Ladies Collections.
• We will not intentionally impose undisclosed charges after an order has been confirmed.

5. Measurements and Fitting

For made-to-measure garments, customers must provide accurate body measurements and fitting preferences.

• We are not responsible for fitting issues caused by inaccurate measurements or incorrect information supplied by the customer.
• Customers should review measurement instructions carefully before submitting their details.
• Alterations requested because of customer-provided measurement errors may incur additional charges.
• Any fitting concerns attributable to our stitching or production should be reported promptly so that we can review and address them under our alteration policy.

6. Custom and Personalized Orders

Custom products include personalized blouses, bridal outfits, Maggam work, computerized embroidery, custom lehengas, and other made-to-order garments.

• Customers should approve the design, fabric, color, measurements, and other important details before production begins.
• Once customized production has started, cancellation or changes may be restricted because the product is being made specifically for the customer.
• Personalized products may not be eligible for return or exchange merely because the customer changes their mind, subject to applicable consumer protection laws and any rights arising from defects, damage, or failure to meet the agreed specifications.
• Any non-refundable advance or cancellation charge will be disclosed before the customer commits to the order and will be applied only where lawful.

7. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery timelines will be communicated during order confirmation or checkout, where applicable.

• Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed as such.
• Delays may occur due to material availability, customization requirements, courier services, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.
• Customers should notify us promptly if a parcel arrives damaged or an item is missing.
• Risk and responsibility for delivery will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the agreed shipping terms.

8. Returns, Exchanges, and Alterations

Our priority is to provide products that meet the agreed design and quality expectations.

• Ready-made products may be eligible for return or exchange according to the separate return policy published on our website.
• Custom-made and personalized products are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns, except where required by law or where we approve an exception.
• Products that arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the confirmed order should be reported promptly with photographs and order details.

Delicate embroidery, Maggam work, beads, sequins, pearls, and embellished fabrics may require gentle handling or professional cleaning. Damage caused by improper washing, ironing, storage, or use may not qualify for a free repair or replacement.
